Dragon Sweet Chilli starts sweet and finishes properly hot, more of a gap between the two than you'd expect. There's a tangy, almost fruity note up front, courtesy of real apple and blackcurrant concentrate in the seasoning, before the heat builds and lingers.
The sweetness never quite lets go either, even once the chilli kicks in properly, which is what makes this one feel different from everything else in the UK range. Same crunch and tight rolled shape as always, just carrying a seasoning that goes somewhere else entirely.

Vegans and vegetarians should be fine here, based on the UK ingredient listings we've checked: nothing animal-derived shows up, including the hydrolysed vegetable proteins in the seasoning, which come from soya rather than anything animal-derived.
